NOTE: Calm down, you runner may find it a bit complicated and laborious to do this, but don't worry, you can send run and I'll do the progress for you with the analyzed times.
NOTE 2: If you do runs through Twitch, please send the run to Youtube also to have easy access to the video, downloading and already knowing the FPS of the video and that the analysis is very fast, because it is boring and slow to try to download a complete video on Twitch especially if the run is more than 1 or 2 hours.
NOTE 3: If you follow the steps perfectly you will never have problems sending a run and the frames will always be correct.
TUTORIAL
The steps are:
1 - You have to have the complete video on your PC. 2 - Check the FPS of your video, as it is shown in the picture:
▀▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▀
3 - Enter the site https://somewes.com/frame-count/ that is where the runs are analyzed by the moderators, it is used in several games mainly NES games or short games that use milliseconds.
Pay close attention.
4 - When you send the video of your run to the site "somewes.com/frame-count" the FPS of the video will be in 60 as default, you will have to change it as it was in the properties of the video that you looked at in the 2nd step. 5 - The Console FPS will be in 60.0988139 as default, as we are analyzing runs of a game made in the GBA the FPS of it is 59.727500569606 > Source: http://tasvideos.org/PlatformFramerates.html 6 - With these changes made you will have to check the following information and that I recommend leaving them in the run description which are:

End Frame:
Video FPS:
Console FPS: 59.727500569606
Console Time:

Pay attention to the information, the game category and the frames:
- The ones in red or marked with X, are not the exact frames when picking up the start/end frame.
- The ones in green or marked with a positive sign, are the exact frames in time to get the start/end frame.
- It can be seen that they are quite simple and that there are some frames that go unnoticed (it may be because of the FPS of the video).

RUN ENDS:
Sometimes Peach appears in 1 frame for another direction and after 1 frame it's the position it should be in. This frame is accepted after all, it doesn't matter the direction, what matters is that Peach appeared and I noticed that this frame only appears when you run the video at 60 FPS, at 30 FPS at another rate this frame doesn't appear, very strange.

FOR THE MODERATORS AND RUNNERS TOO
- This can help a lot, because this may go unnoticed, when downloading a video from youtube there are many programs or extensions to your browser that help, but they do NOT download 60 fps video for some reason (if the video you are watching and has the 60 fps function when you download it it stays at 30 fps).
- This can make it a little confusing when analyzing the run.
(I will not leave download links, you can easily find them on Google). So the recommended programs to download video with original quality and fps are:
Viddly YouTube Downloader:
4K Video Downloader:

It's a lot, but if you know all this information/rules, you won't have any problems on other GBA game leaderboards.
