i can't record my switch and emulators are banned so how can i submit a run
(my run on the 1-1 level was from 30 sec record from the switch)

Undo not being able to record your switch!
You can either buy a capture card, or record it with a camera on your laptop/phone. This is what I did at a speedrunning event last month, just pointing a webcam at the screen:
