Where can I find a Bentley's Hackpack page? I also wanted to know which were the 100% requirement for a file.

To put it simply, there are little to no runs of Hackpack to warrant a board yet. This can change with more activity around the game and more importantly recorded runs of the game, but the speedrun for Hackpack from a new game is brutal.

To beat the game in Any%, you need to collect 311 out of the 333 tokens in this game. This will let you unlock the Special Arcade Key and enter the rock concert that rolls the credits.

To 100% complete the game, you need to collect all 333 tokens and unlock all 65 prizes. To end the theorietical "run", you would need to enter the rock concert to roll credits.

Most runs of Hackpack that exist do a category called All Stages. This means that, from a completed file, you simply finish all the 60 individual levels in the game by getting to their endpoint. You can see a run here:

There is an impressive effort from @Remo for routing new-game runs with extensive timing and piles of spreadsheets however to my knowledge, no one has done it and put it to action yet. I plan to do Hackpack new-game runs very soon though it is much easier said than done.
