This was insanely good RNG. This was random seed but I didn't show it properly in the video. :( I restart the video capture with each attempt and this time I missed it. However I am pretty sure the seed is just for the city layout and not the killer/people/locations/jobs/events/etc? So at best I could have memorized the map layout but you can probably tell from the video that I didn't (and it wouldn't have helped anyway). Hopefully the verifier agrees but if not I accept my fate!
