I'm planning on attempting a speedrun soon and want to confirm whether or not emulators are allowed?

This is my personal opinion, but I also allow emulators. However, due to reasons such as different disk replacement methods, I plan to place the records on a leaderboard different from the actual machine. Also, please note that the measurement timing is in line with the Japanese way (described in the rules). Fast forward is also allowed. These are added to the rules.
