Hello! I'm new doing speedrun in this game and I wonder if we can have an option to do a "Handgun Only" and/or "No Infinite Ammo" categories for the level runs. In Handgun Only the idea is that we can't pickup or use any other weapon than Handgun and the Knife of course.

I think it's a good idea, but picking up another weapon could happen accidentaly, maybe it would be ok, but just not using it would be fine

I agree with you. It actually happened to me when I was speedrunning in "Rebirth 1" and I picked up a machine gun when I was trying to grab a herb.
