Copiá el archivo de la carpeta "Background music disabled" a la carpeta interna del juego C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4\snd (o donde sea que tengas instalado el juego), y aceptá cuando te pregunta si querés reemplazar el archivo.
