Hey, I know there's not a counter saying a % at the end of the game or anything, but would there be a way for 100% to be a category? Complete full items such as beerstein, all blue medallions, all enemies, etc.

Would be really cool and I'd be super down for running that, but don't see it on the leaderboards at all. Not sure if this has been discussed yet, but I'd like to be the one to run it.

Yeah, we've talked about this. It's like you said - because there's no percentage-meter at the end of the game, there can't be a 100% category on the leaderboard. So I guess if you want you can just run it for the shits. I mean, to some 100% means 'all categories' i.e. NG, NG+, SW, SW+ and AA. But it's whatever. I've tried to do a 100% treasure run before. But who knows, maybe in the future we'll add something like that as a misc. categorie.

Personally I have routed an all treasures route in NG+ quite a while ago. I haven't written it out or anything though. I've yet to actually finish a run, doesn't really take priority like a regular run does. And like outrage said there can't be a 100% category because of the lack of a % counter.

I'm down to run it for sure. I dont care about counter or how it may not be a "real category" it just seems like a ton of fun. All treasures at least. So if you guys can message me or tweet me some info that'd be sick.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

I suppose we can just do that for satisfying ourselves rather than for trying to achieve anything exceptional... But no matter if there were any of the "indicators" of such ~% 's in everything like in Resident Evil Outbreak I won't really care as they don't have much to do with the result that just shows about "how you did" and "how good you were" in that run - we can beat the game without collecting all the treasures, and all of the enemies you encounter, and it's not that important as long as we can do that just for earning pesetas which is a voluntary thing to do. But showing the hit ratio, total time and number of deaths is essential as the indicator showing how well you did in that run so I guess what's probably why such kind of options are omitted in the result screen or on the leaderboards. :(

Yeah I getcha. What's the total number of enemies in the game? Lol.

I'm wanting to do all enemies and all treasures. Enemies killed is at least a counter.

There isn't a set amount of enemies unfortunately, because there are areas where there are infinite spawning enemies (at least to the best of my knowledge) such as the cage in 3-2; and the spider plagas that spawn during the Salazar fight. Not to mention the various enemies that get added to areas you were in before, but never thought to go back to look. But never fear, you can at least strive for the highest body count of all time or something. Think of it like a score to be beaten. I'm not sure what the highest body count recorded is, but you can always look it up.

NG+ All Treasures sounds good. You'd collect velvet blue and spinels, yeah?

North Carolina, USA

If you can remember where all of 'em are, yeah. That's what I was doing a while back, and I gotta say, I really liked that kind of run. So whatever you choose, have fun.

Is there a guide or collection check list I'm not aware of by any chance? Would just make it easier lol

I see 100% as in to beat the game to the max. In other words, collect all of the treasures and unlock everything.

You need to beat New Game Normal to unlock Pro, Special 1, Matilda, Chicago Typewriter and the Infinite Rocket Launcher.

You need to beat Pro to unlock the PRL.

You need to beat Assignment Ada to unlock the Chicago Typewriter in Separate Ways.

Beat Separate Ways to unlock Special 2 Costume.

Then you have to beat Mercenaries to unlock the Hand-cannon.

It can take 6-7 Hours to do this run.

Coming from wind waker speedruns I'm fine with that lol

@zellpree Without using the infinite enemy respawns it's somewhere like ~1,200 enemies if my memory serves me rightly (I've seen a video of a Japanese player named divergentF giving it a try actually and the result said like 1210 or two total kills at the end), would be more if you use the infinite spawning glitches in chapter 3-2(in the gallery), in Salazar battle in 4-4 or at military camp in 5-4 of course, though.

P.S. Is there any way to quote other people's posts on this speedrun.com forum ?

Some sort of a NG+ All Treasures sounds like a lot of fun do to.

@Danschemen it's not gonna make much sense but yeah would be if you do it in a speedrun I guess.
