I streamed my run but had to do loads(Due to deaths) and afk due to an emergency. But the IGT is qualified for the leaderboards.

Does the run count? Or the raw stream is the basis for the record? And if the IGT is counted, should I edit the clip to show the entire run?

IGT is what is factored into the leaderboards, however, if you paused for too long, this would invalidate the run.

We're generally okay with pausing for a minute or two, but much longer and your run would be invalidated. There was a problem in 7 where people kinda abused pausing for too long a period of time. There was literally 4 hours of paused footage once while someone hit the town to run errands -- hence the policy.

It all really boils down to how long you were paused.

Unfortunately, that was a long pause (about 45 minutes, and another pause for about 15). And my suspicions towards it being invalid is confirmed. Thanks for the info. I may just need to do another one for a valid submit.

Additional question: Are loading save files allowed? This is for a hardcore run, and I don't see any categories for no save runs for submission.

No, loading saves are not allowed. You're allowed to "Continue" in standard runs upon death, but loading a save (even an auto-save) is not allowed.
