I want to give it a try but i don't have a PC to emulate it, only a 3ds. It is ok to run in a 3ds?

Absolutely! If you're going to record the screens with a camera, make sure both screens are visible the whole time (naturally the bottom screen will occasionally get covered by hands when menuing, that's fine) and that the game audio is audible. The run also needs to be in one continuous video.
