Managed to save about another minute thanks to doing Temple Ruins instead of Jungle. Getting Wild Force Striker, as well as using Blue Shark Ranger on every stage until we get access to Silver Wolf Ranger made movement in the stages, made this much faster! I think I'm done with the game for now, but I'm sure there is more time save to be had! :D
