I've seen a lot of runs are done one NES^emu. Wich is an emulator for the NES right? So these runs are just done on a pc? Can one of the people who use such a system explain to me how they got it? And can i run this game on pc if i also get this emulator? And where do you guys even get this old (yet awesome) game? Thanks in advance
If you just search up an NES emu you can easily find one. I'd recommend FCEUX.
Same goes for the game itself, It's actually illegal to actually get the rom without owning the game, so unfortunately I won't provide you with one. May I ask why you ask this?

I also recommend FCEUX to emulate NES. To find a ROM just look for it (Pacman ROM or something like this)
