My capture card sometimes crashes when I start ps2 games on my ps3...am I able to just give myself a 2 or 3 min handicap and then start the journey from the main menu??

As in it crashes long enough to miss the entire start up?

Its 50/50 my stream crashes

Sorry but due to both how the timing works and the fact that on PS3 you can enter a dev menu for the PS2 emulation to change the speed of the game, it's pretty important that we're able to see the start up. It's fine if it loses connection for a few seconds while switching resolution or something that's normal for most cards, but if it's over a minute or two at the start I don't think we could accept it.
