penguinz0 should be a moderator
I think penguinz0 (MoistCr1TiKaL of course) should be a moderator for this game. He's a mod for House of Caravan, and I think he's made a significant enough contribution to this game as well to deserve being a mod.
If he wants too, he can express interest to the current mod team. It's up to them to decide.
