I recently played this game fo the first time and found out you can cut the corners of the trigger the trap you, allowing for the possible of no character swaps needed. I found this skip very interesting, if people can optimize it well, it will save a considerable amount of time.

Looking at the different floor plans for the things, floor puzzle takes about 12 seconds. This would save about 5-7 seconds if you got a good floor set, and first timed 3 or 4 skips. So not considerable, but something.
