Hi everyone, I plan to start a glitchless any% speedrun of majora's mask on emulator for personal purposes (because if I understood correctly when you run on emulator you have to add 10% of the time on speedrun.com?) I was wondering what was the best version of the game to run? in which language? on project64 or dolphin?…etc if you have any tips to send me for this category I'm interested! What Feli said. Plus, you don't need to add 10% to your time on emulator. 10% is how far you need to be from world record to be allowed to run on emulator.
Example : if the world record for a category is 1 hour, 10% of 1 hour is 6 minutes (10% of 60 minutes). So, runs above 1 hour 6 minutes of the category can be on emulator and runs below 1 hour 6 minutes must be on official hardware for the category.

There isn't much to be said about Nintendo Switch online other than the fact theres input delay you won't really notice unless you've played on wii vc or n64 before. Other than that there isn't much advice to give another thing is this game is made for controllers with notches so you might have trouble back walking and doing tricks that require certain angles that can't really be achieved through a non notch controller. late reply also sorry!
