I'd like some clarification before attempting a run. If I find a cave with a lava lake running down to the bedrock, don't I have to remove the lava?
Also, what exact level do I need to reach? The first level where bedrock can be generated, or the first level where it actually is (some seeds can be found with one less layer of bedrock on a chunk, for example)?
Thanks for your help
for the 2nd question, level doesnt matter, you have to break every reachable block in the chunk, leaving only bedrock in it
not sure about the 1st one, but i think you have to remove all the water and lava too
Yes, and level that you can see bedrock
(I'm not sure)
@Tonjiruoisii as i stated, mine everything that isnt bedrock inside the chunck, not dependent on a certain level, because bedrock isnt consistent which means there will be bedrock in level 4 and bedrock in level 1 at the same time
The rules are very clear about what to remove and to what level. I suggest you read them in full before attempting a run.
"Create a one chunk (16 x world height x 16) region ONLY down to the top level of lower floor bedrock for overworld/nether, and bottom level of bedrock for nether roof, which only has air, bedrock blocks, and blocks enclosed entirely in bedrock in it within the Overworld or Nether."
You only have to mine to the top level of bedrock in the overworld. That means that the stone generating in between bedrock does not need to be removed because it would be impossible to guarantee that you got every block. For the rest of the chunk, only air is allowed, meaning that no liquids can pour into the chunk. Note that the chunk does not need to align to chunk borders and simply needs to be a 16×16 region.
KilleDragon, you were wrong, and you never were right. Just admit you know nothing and were a useless contribution to this forum thread. You are not sure that the rule used to be different, as it never was, you are just making yourself look more and more like an idiot.

sky is actually canonically incorrect as she had given up on being a precure in the latest episode of Hirogaru Sky! Precure which led her to no longer being Cure Sky; she is just Sora now. please get it right or you could wait until next week to make another comment under that alias
