Glitchless category
I think there should be a glitchless category mainly to prevent the use of insanely high jumps caused by the game adding external velocity to jump velocity ie upslash jump and damage jump. Also double jumps

Slight changes to rules + timing
A bit late to post on news, but macros have been explicitly banned, and all times will be retimed frame-by-frame to have consistent, more accurate run times.
