Recently I've noticed how in several of my runs, I've been able to completely skip the scene in between each match

When I run I mash escape and enter, and that seems to give inconsistent results.

If anyone could confirm if they ever been able to do this, and if so any information about the occurrence could really help shave off a good minute off our runs,

This does work! However it seems like the mash needs to be very fast, I am getting it 100% of the time now though. A new problem arises when doing the transition skip on stage one which results in skipping, not to the first fight, but to the very end of the credits: https://streamable.com/isldx This of course results in """1 second runs""" I propose that we ban using the skip on the first fight.

Yeah. I tested it quite a lot last night. I find pressing both buttons at the same time gives me more consistency. But Bobzilla is right. It does need to be done very quickly to actually work. I'm on board for banning the skip of the first one,

Yeah I did some tests earlier, looks like you only need the one input, but without reference for the window in between stages, I have to hit it a few times. You are right though, anyone can get it constantly, when hovering on start game before arcade, hit enter, then straight away esc + enter, and you will skip to credits.
