A blessing by TheFlamingBee led to an extremely solid run with few errors!

Biggest noticeable time loss was not being able to locate the arrow page turner on the spell book at Nightmare. Couple missed zips here and there, nothing catastrophic. Castle was SLIGHTLY slow-ish at times mostly because I didn't want to botch a good run at the end (this stream started terribly!)

I expect to be able to get this under 24, if only by a second or two.
