It means he has experience. Yummybacon is active on the site, he was online today. You also don't have a pending run in this game, so you are not eligible for moderation at all. Instead of complaining in the forums, try to actually contact the game moderators via their socials. Also, I'm surprised that you want to keep doyen on the moderation team. He made a forum post a while back announcing that he's never using the site again. I don't think he'll be an active verifier.

Also, which friends agree with you on this? Can you provide any specific examples of him making up lies? This post is extremely vague.
