I managed to clip through some boxes in Rut level using double jump. It can be useful in the section just after entering the factory - the one pillows and lots of boxes - in the third room entrance is separated from the lever with three stacked boxes, it is possible to clip through them - saves around 3 seconds. I cannot pull it off consistently yet, but it is surely possible
