Completely forgot this mission even had a keycard until I played it again, and man what a difference it makes to saw through that door. 33 seconds, in fact.

The tiny arrest at the beginning is faster then going through the elevator or basement door to grab the last tiny bit of bar needed by about 1 second. Smoke isn't required, but it helps reduce the amount of damage Carl does while you wait for him to be in front of the tiny.

For the far right explody guy on the balcony, just watch your support bar to confirm you got him. It should go up enough to for equipment resupply to unlock.

The backtrack is actually shorter on the route used compared to clearing the upper front and the basement on the way through the mission.

No hostages. No deaths. So this is valid for the Leveled and 3 Star categories.
