Mainly a placeholder but wanted to get a submission for this. This doesn't include:

• Most of the fast ZIP ILs

• No Toksa Park Boss ZIP

• No fast Pinto Peak 4

More than half the ILs in this at the current time are records, but I lose a lot of time just from some stages not being optimized by me or including fastest strats.
