All the top scores were getting running shots in the 3rd room which was super inconsistent. What I started doing was slightly strafing to the right before dropping off the ledge. The AK seems slightly more accurate when strafing than running straight and this made getting the running shot a little more bearable. I cannot tell you how many runs I lost in the first room to the first and 3rd target with the horrible registry on these.

Next thing I did was after each run I would use "r_cleardecals", which is a command that clears bullet holes and blood. This seemed to make the targets register hits better. You can use this command in Ranked matchmaking and is not a cheat. Most people use this to remove bloodsplatter to see certain angles better.
