I'm trying to find a tutorial on the speedrun but can't find any on youtube? has anyone made a tutorial I can watch and learn how to do the run?

Unfortunately there isn't really a tutorial video, but a lot of the run is just becoming familiar with the techniques listed here: http://www.crazytaxi.net/skills.html

That website describes the techniques used in the speedrun in great detail, and can be used along with watching some of the Crazy Taxi speedruns available on Youtube to learn the run at the moment. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask.
