Hi, I have some inquiries about using Retroarch with netplay for Genesis Plus GX( which would be the preferred coop emulation to run). I even see that your rules states it is allowed for netplay, but @phantomire and I it states that the netplay is not supported on that core, so I'm unsure what we're doing wrong?

@NickBGoHard @FCJ2000 @Phantomire and I have a real hard time running Kega Fusion properly(unplayable, crashes a lot, random spikes/lag only to name a few things). We did manage to have RetroArch with the PicoDrive core work pretty well. We've recorded a run offline in hopes that someone more experience with the game might be able to see if the experience/speed is comparable to Kega to be accepted for coop. We might otherwise drop this project unfortunately with lack of solutions found (not trying to use this as negociation haha just how we feel about it).

Note: Sorry about the small miscrop, shouldn't affect the performance of the run though.

If you use netplay through fusion i would suggest using some kind of vpn (like hamachi, for example), cause otherwise you'll have a pretty rough time. If vpn doesn't help, then there is probably something wrong with your connection.

We did try with Hamachi yes.

I definitely agree that it would only be for a co-op thank, thanks for your flexibility. We do have a run above but will try and get a better one.
