What is the default weapon setting?
Is that just all unlockable weapons?
Unless you use a clean save file, you can't guarantee that each runner will have the same weapons and characters available.
It also doesn't seem right to only let runners use the default characters, so I assume it's all unlockables and not a clean save file.
