Hey, I was thinking about starting to speedrun this game and was wondering what you mean in the directions by "start a new character" Is there an easy way to create a new character that doesn't take that much time? please let me know. thanks. expect to see more runs on the leaderboards soon though.

Time starts right when you press either right or left handed to start the game as a fresh character. This is just before it takes you to the pro shop for the first time. Sadly, there is no way to reset this quickly with Egg Head being first, you just need to go until you get lucky.
