File Edits

To remove all dialog navigate to: [Install Drive]:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks and delete/move all files that start with pakchunk3

To remove the video call "cutscenes" download the replacement movies here. Place these files in [Install Drive]:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Movies

Speedrun Mod Hotfix

When running the Hotfix Downpatcher, you'll be able to select the Speedrun Mod hotfix, which adds most of the tweaks. As long as the hotfix gets applied correctly, you'll automatically have all the changes.

The Speedrun Mod file is currently based on the 2021-12-23 5pm hotfixes - it has all their regular changes plus the modded ones.

Misc Changes:

• Removes Vault Card Challenges, so you don't need to make sure they're complete
• Maurice's Black Market will always spawn in Jakob's Estate, with the Hellwalker itempool
• The Leech always spawns with railgun anoint (if anoints are able to spawn)
• Imports the Extra Extra Extraction event

Drop Changes:

• Imports 100% dedicated rates from the Bonus Boss Loot event
• Shiv always drops a white Jakobs shotgun
• The Tidal Wave no longer drops
• Skrakk no longer drops the skeksil
• The Infiltrator always spawns with +3 Supersonic Man
• All white Maliwan pistols which drop in Meridian Metroplex are blasters
• The Null Pointer chest contains a white Maliwan pistol

Quest Changes:

• From the Ground Up gives a Vanquisher
• Taking Flight gives Amara/Fl4k/Moze a Nemisis (Zane still gets a Leech)
• Borderlands Science gives a Hellwalker
• Cold as the Grave gives a Hellwalker
• Blood Drive gives a white snowdrift
• In the Shadow of Starlight gives a Ruby's Wrath
