Still can't get that vent jump down, but being able to run and extra speed from holding B jumping really saves a lot of time once I got used to it.

Updated Timing Rules for Any%
The rules for Any% have been updated to indicate a new method for ending time: "Timing ends on first frame of black screen after losing character control (before scene with Doomsday Tomato)." All submissions, including obsoleted ones, have been re-timed.
