no death + all rescues leaderboard?

Added Categories No Death All Rescues and No Deaths + All Rescues.

I asked Division about how many kids there are to rescue, I counted 11 but I'm not sure

ok so Division said that there are 3 hidden kids + the ones we can see, so I would guess 14, but I'm not sure.

Imo , i would put difficulties 1 , 4 and 8 only.

There're similar strats btw difficulty 2 and 1, similar strats btw difficulty 6 , 7 and 8 etc

The runs would look the same.
