I had to ditch the pikemen in order to get to the town centre slightly faster. It turns out it was worth it. I think I already have a way to optimise this further and I think it's possible to get very close to the seven-minute mark. The siege workshop should have been down earlier, but with the new approach, it still managed to beat the previous time by a fair amount.
