Welcome to the first ever ADOFAI Speedrunning Challenge! This is a new contest hosted by us moderators/verifiers to spark a little fun in Speedrunning!

The Theme for this Contest is: Uncommon Peripherals

Submission Rules

1. You must record yourself running any valid ADOFAI/Neo-Cosmos speedrun category.
2. You must only use peripherals that do not falling under the category of keyboard/mouse/touchscreen devices.
3. Video footage must include your gameplay and webcam that showcases the peripheral.
4. Uploading to speedrun.com is not required.
5. A maximum of 3 submissions are allowed per person. You may not repeat peripherals within your own set of submissions.
6. Runs may be submitted to the #contest-submissions in the Discord Server https://discord.gg/GF5s4pqJMG
7. Moderators and Verifiers may submit runs but they cannot participate in the public vote.

Voting There will be two votes that will go into consideration for choosing the winner: Public and Private.

The Public vote will be based on the number of reactions to submissions in contest-submissions. The Private vote will be based on a combination of factors determined and judged by the Moderators and Verifiers These factors include the humor in the peripheral itself (50%), the type of run (25%), and the skill showcased in regard to the peripheral used (25%).

Voting will end on January 15, 2023 11:59 PM (EST). The winner will be announced in the days following.

Prize The Winner of the Contest will receive a $25 Steam Gift Card, a Special "Contest Winner" role in the Discord server, and bragging rights.
