Guide to Timing Runs in Real-time (mainly for raw random)

**A guide to Timing Runs Done either in Raw Random or in normal mode**

1. **Export Your Run**
Save the file on your PC, upload it to YouTube, or use a Twitch VOD. As long as you have a file or a link to the video, you should be good to go.
2. **Find a Frame-by-Frame Timing Tool**
You’ll need a website that can time your run frame by frame. I recommend [somewes.com](https://somewes.com/frame-count/), but any tool that can do the job is fine.
3. **How to Time Your Run Using Somewes.com**
    - **Step 1**: Upload your video or paste the link.
    - **Step 2**: Navigate to the first frame of your run. For Raw Random, it's the moment you load into a new level. For full runs in normal mode, this is when the 9-item select screen appears. Once you find the frame, click "Set Start Frame".
    - **Step 3**: Find the first frame where the green checkmark appears at the end of your run. Once found, click "Set End Frame".
    - **Step 4**: Your time will be displayed in the first white box at the bottom on the very end of it. Use this time when submitting your run. If you're too lazy to do this yourself, don’t worry; I or another mod will verify the time for you anyways. :)
