Wasted time at 00:58:00 to 01:00:00 because I couldn't remember how to progress. It should be possible to beat it under 2h 45 min.

Pandora: I added 21 seconds at the end because the timer stops on the fade out of last level (we can disscuss the timing method in the forum btw, since this is the first run for PSX)
