The WR shows the glitch in one of the cells but I can't seem to get the glitch to work. Do I need a different version for this specific level? I am currently using version 1.09

You didn't read properly, he said he's playing on version 1.09 version 1.09 is a downgraded version, all versions till 1.13 make the glitch Out of Bonds working

theres no other version you need to run I did that on 1.09 too its just doing the trick vertically is very inconsistent so you just gotta throw yourself at the wall again and again until it works
