Update 1: Tech found to clip through the gates on Crane Harbor. Monkeyball then press square to kip up at the right distance and you will clip. Useful as a backup when the gate loads in as below. Contrary to the tutorial this happens when the crane controlling the gate loads in, so just staying on the left 2-3 planks on the bridge is all you need to observe.
