As in title, is it okay if i connect my bluetooth controller to my phone, and use it to speedrun the Android version?

I don't know. If the moderator is OK, then OK, if not, then not. My own opinion is that it's OK, and I'll leave this to the modeler to decide.

I believe that no, in fact it is the same PC on which you play on the keyboard/controller, and on the phone you have to play with your hands accordingly, it will be essentially the same as a PC if connected via an OTG cable or via Bluetooth.

@ItzFallenFly I think it's the best to let the Moderator decide.
