In 100% runs, you will do all 3 levels of every microgame. 100% rewards well-roundedness. Use whichever language you are most familiar with.
First off, you have to unlock the microgames. You do this by unlocking the levels first. Unlock the levels like normal, while doing Jimmy 2 and Jimmy 3 an extra time, getting 25 points, to get them out of the way.
Early on, there's a reset point where you should reset if you don't get the Diamond Dig microgame in the first play of the first level- you're expected to get the remaining three in other levels without doing Wario 1 again and Diamond Dig isn't in other levels. Doing them earlier is also important for unlocking the microgames later. One thing you can do is press A, B, Start, and Select to soft-reset.
Do this during cutscenes and unlocking sequences. Also do Easy and Thrilling before you begin unlocking microgames. The reason being that the microgames will unlock faster if you play more of them beforehand. If you want to unlock them even faster, you can even complete microgames you unlocked in the first play to make your chances better. Upon unlocking the last microgame in a set, you can simply quit out- as long as the microgame appears, it's unlocked.
Finally, you've reached the last part- clearing all the remaining microgames. Remember, you can always take a break on bosses. Once you have all the icons visible on the screen, the time ends.
