Is there a way you could allow us to submit on behalf of other players to improve the accuracy of the individual star runs? I know many runs that should be on the leaderboard, but simply aren't because the runner didn't submit it to Individual Stars.

Been looking into running this game, and I am confused about Dr. Light. I have only seen a few runs but it seems like talking to him saves time over Auto, but it seems totally random which one appears after each stage. If someone could explain this that would be great
