Been playing this game for 32 years now, for the first time about a month ago I finally got a system that has save states (mini nes) and got my time down to a 10:36 with multiple botched attempts that would have been a sun 1030.

So my questions:

1. How many hours day do people mash on this?
2. Breaks? Days off?

Ive only skipped 2 days in the last month and that was because my thumbs were so stiff. I converted over to the index finger for B2 and B4 and it doesn't fire too fast lots of days from stiffness. Ive implemented a good warm up I think but Im very curious how much everyone else plays the game and if they take "breaks" to allow the fingers to just feel better...or maybe its just my fingers that get sore. Any insight would be appreciated!
