Hi there! I have recently got a low 4:58, now I'm aiming for a 4:57 and I want to get it with a handcam, the problem is that I have a low range laptop, and the OBS recordings lag so bad when I use the EasyCap, Splits and handcam. Is there any way to low the resolution of the recording or low the quality so it doesn't lag so bad (or another screen recorder which allows me to record the full screen)?

Well, i don't own an Apple device, but i understand that in the OpenEmu menu, there should be somewhere to download an ''emulator'' (core) into the emulator (like in retroarch).

How do high level speedrunners get 357 (Assuming they didn't do start of the level stairs fast accell, and did frame perfect WJ) how do they get 357 without doing a fast accell at the beginning of the room, and without getting pixel perfect turnaround? Is there an specific set-up or inputs?

You could do the savestates which are in the rom on the level before you wanna play. E.g: If you wanna 8-4IL savestate on the end (some seconds before the black screen) of 8-3, and everytime you load the savestate you will wait a bit and pass to 8-4. I hope you understood me well, luck!
