@Daxxon, 1fsj is another name for super jump/super pound. Here's a video of it:
The first jump of the video is 1fsj, and how you do it is that you press up and down the split second you land from a ground pound/smash. The second jump is not a glitch, its called mj/momentum jump. Note that both of them are pretty useful.speedrun: OvO
