Time borderline is 15:00. For records less than 15:00 on PC, frame rate must be displayed in the video.

Inscryption speedruns Discord server now discuss about frame rate. The animation of Inscryption depends on the frame rate, so a higher rate would be advantage.

If rules are going to change about frame rate, I will have a guide on how to display your frame rate.
