I was gonna ask about this as well. I've been watching Puexil's latest PB and taking notes off of that, very detailed notes at that. I own a blog and will be posting them on there instead of using google docs like everyone else does.
Its unfortunate that Glitchless 100% isn't a more competitive category, but it is a very long run so it makes sense that it isn't.
If you are still looking for an answer, I got an Elgato and it works fairly well. Cuts out sometimes but maybe that's cuz my Wii is a decade old. You'll need component connectors however (the set of five cables not just the red white and yellow).
I would say just swap out the Wii for a WiiU anyways. Elgato is flawless on the WiiU and there are just as many virtual console games on it. Quite unfortunate that they changed that up with the Switch. Oh well.
I'm learning it too. Just watched it at AGDQ, Feasel and Gyre pretty much gave a live tutorial, or as best they could. Its already backlogged on GDQ's youtube channel, I suggest you watch it.
I'm watching footage of the last All Keys Tournament and it seems like a real fun thing to do. I'd love to participate if there's gonna be another one :)
