you can do as many glitches (that are legal in a category) or not do them as you like and still submit an any% speedrun- I have never pulled off the Chinese Takeout skip in TBoGT and still submit to the any% board.

Personally I would just do low glitch or only as many glitches as you want to, and build from there, not worrying about if what you are doing is a glitch or not

yeah and of the two only one is a time save and only a minute or two over a good cop chase. the pistol ammo glitch is nice to have the extra ammo but you can easily kill the guys on bleed out with normal pistol drop and Jamacian heat will give you more pistol ammo than you will use in the rest of the game. I guess Final Destination shot from the ground is technically an exploit, and moltov drop on Late Checkout is definitely a glitch, as is window drop on peg's pride. none of these save a minute though

You have to have one single recording of a run or in the case of an issue a recording of the transition between the two vods (so there is complete overlap)My recommendation would be to record locally at all times (and immediately delete if no PB and space is a concern), OBS can be set up to start recording when you go live, and then it is a non issue

I would argue that ILs are an often ignored thing, and should be done cautiously, especially with a small community. I would say go easy, and find 2-3 hard to pull off levels to do and judge interest from there
