Hey there, i am a moderator and runner for "The Adventures of Batman and Robin" on the SNES. I just recently got Super-Mod status, because the former quit. Currently there are 3 categories for this game: SNES, GENESIS/Megadrive and Mega-CD. The problem is, that these aren't just different categories, in fact they are completely different games. Since there are a lot of active runners on the GENESIS version of the game, i suggest splitting the game in 2 different pages ( i guess the Mega-CD Category can be deleted, since there are no runs in it). I am willing to keep my Super-Mod status for the SNES version, but for the GENESIS version i suggest you to get someone else. From my experience with the game i suggest you try to contact "King_iOpa", "ramza18", "mileswildmore_18" or "chaosowl" for the Super-Mod status. Or you can consider "NeGAtiv4k" since he wrote to me and volunteered for it. Thank you for answering :)

I'm sorry, i only really play the SNES version of the game and don't have expertise in Sega emulators. I record with OBS and it works really well, you should try it, if you don't already use it. :)

Sure. I haven't checked myself how accurate the Sega emulators are however, but i'd say go for it :)

It would be really cool if more people ran The Adventures of Batman and Robin on the SNES. It's a nice 2D Platformer, with a really good soundtrack and some nice speedstrats. Also it's style is very close to the Animated Series, so that's a huge plus :)

Well, his legacy remains to this day. Many leaderboards are still horrendously messed up, especially games with smaller communities.

Hi, i want to request mod-status for The Adventures of Batman and Robin for the SNES. As far as i know, i'm the only active player for this game. It's current leaderboard is a total mess, with random categories which make no sense at all. And it is awfully merged with the SEGA version, which is a total different game and should get a seperate leaderboard. I messaged the mod AMVX over a week ago on twitter, so far no response. So yeah, i would like to be a mod for this.

Hi, i think the SNES and the SEGA versions of the game should be more seperated from each other, since they are completely different games. At the moment the leaderboards for both games are a bit of a mess, if u make me a mod of the game, i will try to tidy things up.

Now it is time for me to introduce myself. I have been following the speedrunning scene since 2009, when i also tried it myself a little bit, with Super Mario World, the PAL version. After a long time i have a little bit of equipment now (bought myself a NTSC SNES) and i'm looking forward to run many games (especially SNES ones) now. Recently i started running The Adventures of Batman and Robin, which is a game i loved as a kid and i found many strats and techniques for that game and now finally i have a time which i think is worth submitting. So let's see what runs i will do in the future, I'm just glad for now to be an official member of the great speedrunning community.
