The shortest I've seen is Undertale debug mode neutral. The wr Is 1.3 seconds, and has stood for a long time.
I find it pretty funny how BigBoi was screaming "It's over! It's dead!" For 4 minutes straight, only for his run to be beaten in less than 6 months.
It was almoliciois. His any% wr and all flags wr were deleted, so you can just watch the second place run.
That rule is fine but I don't want to play this game for over 8 hours straight so I may just not run it. The day after I posted this comment, coincidentally, my Wiiu charger snapped, so I couldnt charge my wiiu during the run anyway. I may or may not get a new charger soon.
This is the video proof for our 45:08 run. It's definitely improvable. It's in 2 videos because my phone split the recording in 2.
I'll recommend a game that actually goes off of the scratch website. It's called Levi's Quest. It's a short, fun RPG project on scratch created by someone I know back in 2017, and I haven't thought to suggest it until now. Just go to Scratch and look up Levi's Quest, and the real thing should be the first project that pops up. (It's the most popular one) My best run of it is 13 minutes, but I know it can be beaten faster. There are like 6 different endings, a level up system, and many different choices you can make along the way.
You know what the greatest glitch ever would be? Being able to mash text.
The runs for this game are very long, and I want to get into running this game. I don't want to commit to over 8 consecutave hours of gameplay (and quite frankly, I don't have the time) What if there could be a timing rule where you are allowed to pause the timer after exiting a level, after the saving message goes away? As long as you don't move off of that spot of the map, you would still be getting the same end time, so it should be allowed. You get a 24 hr break. You don't have to use all of it, or any of it, and using more than 24 hrs adds onto the final time.
That might be an interesting run. Here is what the run would be like.
The first 3 furies are normal, with reloads, but once you get to 29 shines, stop collecting shines. Have a shine ready to collect, and collect the shine while Bowser is awake. You have to do this 11 times before the fury 4 fight to get Bowser's health below the half mark, skipping fury 4, and going straight to fury 5. Since you will have 40 shines, the game will confuse fury 5 with fury 4, allowing you to beat the game with 40 shines without he Bowser amibo.
Great Run! Only noticed a few small mistakes here and there.
Day 2 or grinding for this category: Our new PB is 45:08. We recorded it this time. A solid run, but I messed up on the quick kill, and lost two minutes due to not hitting the bell in time on the thresh hold. Could have been a 43 or a 42.
What if a 2 player category was added for Bowser's fury? My sister and I are doing runs of it, and our best time is 51:44 (slow, but we're working on it) I didn't record it, but I could record future runs. You have to beat the game while collecting every required shine (except the first one) while in 2 player mode. For reloads, you have to switch into 2 player mode before collecting the next shine.
This is basically tas, since there is no way to speed up the minigame itself, and fortuna never got a single octo, so this is unbeatable, but it can be tied.
You're right about the eye in BBH I realized I missed him. I didn't really think of the manta ray either.
I thought of a cool new category where you have to get the stars from the game's bosses not counting the 3 Bowsers (which you fight anyway) glitches are allowed, so you can finish the game after beating all the bosses.
Rules: You must obtain these ten stars
BoBomb at the Summit (BoBomb Battlefield)
Chip of Whomp's Block (Whomp's Fortrace)
Going on a ghost hunt Ride Big Boo's carousel Big Boo's Balcony (Big Boo's Haunt)
Stand Tall on the Four Pillars (Shifting Sand Land)
Boil the Big Bully Bully the Bullies (Lethal Lava Land)
Chill With the Bully (Snowman's Land)
Make Wiggler Squirm (Tiny Huge Island)
Then beat the game. You may have to Collect additional stars to unlock certain levels, making the category all the more interesting. That's my suggestion.
