Noticed there can be anywhere 1-5 frames of time after pressing start on the "One Ticket to the Moon" screen and when you actually get to the main map screen for the game. To remove this variance as a factor in game timing since it occurs before the main game, I update the rules for timing to begin on the first frame of the main map screen.

For most folks this shouldn't be much of a difference, just start your timer slightly later. For claimed WR runs, that's where frame counting will start.

The end time is unchanged.
